📌 Amenities provided in the house
The house is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable:
- Kitchen: Oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full dishware, cooking utensils and a large refrigerator.
- Basement: Washing machine, second large refrigerator, small standalone freezer.
- Air conditioning: Available in the main living area.
- TV & Internet: Free Wi-Fi access, flat-screen television.
- Linens: Bed sheets, bath towels, and pool towels provided for each stay.
- Outdoor furniture: Table and chairs in the veranda, sun loungers around the pool, equipped barbecue area.
🔑 Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival is completely autonomous thanks to a secure system.
These arrangements allow flexibility and peace of mind, without the need for a specific appointment.
🐶 Pets
We are happy to welcome your dogs (up to 2) outside of the sleeping area. The large garden is fully enclosed, allowing your pets to enjoy the outdoor space freely and safely.
☀️ Solar panels: a responsible choice
The house is equipped with solar panels to reduce its environmental footprint. This choice reflects our desire to be eco-responsible, while still ensuring you optimal comfort.
🚗 Parking
A private covered parking area for up to 2 vehicles is available inside the property. The inner courtyard can also accommodate additional vehicles safely.

We attach great importance to respecting the natural environment and the tranquility of the
neighborhood:
- Tranquility :
Our house is located in a quiet and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation and rest. Loud parties or festive events, such as bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed in order to preserve the peace and quiet appreciated by our neighbors and our guests. - Preservation of wildlife:
The property includes an adjoining private forest of 2,000 m², a refuge for many wild animal species. We encourage our visitors to enjoy this natural space by quietly observing the local wildlife, while taking care to respect their habitat. - Sorting and recycling waste:
Practical facilities are available on-site to facilitate waste sorting (appropriately marked bins). You will also find in the welcome booklet all the necessary information regarding nearby collection points for your recyclable waste.
